I was sceptical at first but having used them for the past few weeks, my sleep has improved considerably; particularly how quickly I'm falling asleep.
Ordinarily, my mind would still be racing by the time I was heading to bed and that's almost entirely gone now. Using these glasses a few hours before bedtime is now a set part of my routine.
