I tried to contact the company to return a pair of men’s shoes that did not fit. They initially responded and confirmed that I was still within the 30-day return window and that, as long as the shoes were unused, they would help me process the return. I was told that someone would contact me with further return instructions.
It has now been over a week, and no one has followed up. I’ve reached out three separate times requesting return instructions, and my emails have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this company again.
