Personalized Necklace with Side Initials

I had a very disappointing experience with Nostalgia Jewellery. The item was advertised as 18k gold, but when it arrived it had a brownish, tarnished appearance and looked nothing like I expected. It appeared unwearable straight out of the package. I contacted the company immediately to raise my concerns, expecting they would stand behind their product. Unfortunately, despite reporting the issue as soon as I received it, they refused to provide a refund or resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Based on my experience, the product did not match my expectations from the advertisement, and I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I would advise potential buyers to research carefully before purchasing.

Poor wuality, chaim is much thinner than it appears on line. My chain has snapped snd jave only worn it for a week. 0 star nit jave no option to leave this blank

It tarnished within a couple of wears. It also fit awkwardly, with the latch/pendant outweighing the rest of the necklace, resulting in continuous twisting of the necklace as the latch kept hanging forward.
