As a qualified Aromatherapist I always used to take a handkerchief with several of the essential oils in this blend into exams with me. Being able to use this blend in my diffuser whenever I need to concentrate is a godsend, the fact that it fills the whole house with its gorgeous scent is a fab added bonus as everyone benefits. Just don’t use it before bed🤣
