They decided to make my daughter’s outfit with some discrepancies in the measurements. They made the shoulder 14” and Bust 16.5” by sewing the tie in the back with a torn attachment which is fixed and cannot be removed. Their size XS chart has the shoulders listed as 13.5” and bust as 17” but they chose to insult my intelligence by saying it was done in allowance for blah, blah, blah refusing to acknowledge that the shoulders .5 larger and bust .5 smaller. The outfit fit my daughter poorly in the shoulders and the corseted tie prevented me from lacing it up properly with regards to the bust and shoulders fitting too loosely. I REALLY THOUGHT THE BRAND HAD MORE INTEGRITY, THEY ONLY COMMUNICATED WITH ME REGARDING ORDER CONFIRMATION STATING THEIR NEXT UPDATE WOULD BE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER!! THAT’S THE EXTENT OF THEIR SO CALLED “DETAILED FOLLOW UP”! ALL I RECEIVED WAS A MESH BAG THE ITEM ARRIVED IN AND A GENERIC THANK YOU CARD ALONG WITH AN EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE!
