Rynse Goat Milk Powder

I was so excited to get this order. When I mixed it up as directed, I did not get a creamy white milk. I ended up with a very yellow substance in my glass. One, by the way, I did not even try. I am so disappointed. I only made one glass from one package & I ordered five packages total. Not sure whatto do now. I also reached out but have heard nothing back as of yet.
