[Pre-Order] Takara Tomy Beyblade X CX-18 Full Set BrachioWhip OW5-70Nr

I’m disappointed that I placed an order early for a full set and paid £18 for delivery meaning my total order cost was £59 for what was supposed to be 3 beyblades. Due to shortages I was not given a choice of cancelling the order, but mall of toys decided to just reduce my order to one beyblade and a random one at that. They refunded me £24 at first, which meant they priced the beys at £12 each, but this also means I was charged over £20 for the remaining bey. I received a further email advising of £5-£6 refund but this still means with deliver that I paid in excess of £35 for one single bey which is ridiculously expensive. I would have rather received a full refund and I’ll be making a complaint as deliver for one item should not be £18. If mall of toys cannot fulfill an order they should divide ALL costs by the amount reduced, not just pluck a random number out of the air and decide that is what’s being refunded. I did not place an order for one bey, I ordered 3 beys and the total cost was justified. For the cost of one bey, the cost is not justified and they should have instead provided a link to purchase a single bey instead of adjusting an already paid for order, despite shortages.

I am very appreciative that you guys still managed to send out at least one of the boosters due to the shortage. I am not upset by any means, and having the understanding that everyone can have fun in this hobby really means a lot. Thank you to the staff at mall of toys and continue being great!

I wish I can have a full set, but I know the circumstances I wish I can have the number one instead of number two you know I’m a bay collector. I keep saying that I need to collect them all and you guys are not providing me with all they’re out of stock I have to wait and they’re out of stock again you know it’ll be kind of nice for you guys to know a product give a product to someone and they they play test it and I have good reviews and then they sell it to other people. No, I wish I can do that like the new glory Valkyrie and the heavens ring. I’m still waiting for those to be back in stock and Pegasus waiting for that to be back in stock like I said I’m a bay collector but bronchi chip. It’s all right defense wives stamina is good but it doesn’t spin very long with Wizard. That’s what I put that’s why I test first Wizard every day that I get and see how long it lasts against Wizard or Knox Wizard until the pocket or burst ride. That’s what I do.
