I have purchased goods from this company a number of times and they have been reliable and honest with me and will inform me when items are expected if I ask for something they don't have in stock , their items up to know haven't let me down , if it does i will let them know about it and anybody reading these comment pages . The reason why I give a four star rating for this business is because I believe it represents a true five star excellent rating because humans can think individually not like so many computer BOTTS which give an automatic five star for goods which I think is misleading, I only trade with suppliers that I can trust in and can provide the goods asked for , and this year i expect to purchase other items from them when i require them

Does not work

Does not open locks. Tested on 3 italian locks it doen not work.
