The silver shoes were fine but you cheated me out of the gold the ones I needed the most for a special occasion. I was very dissatisfied with the explanation I was given for not receiving the shoes . In the future let your customers know when an item is unavailable so they can search further for the shoes that was needed. You waited until I called several times with your lines being down and couldn’t speak with a live agent. When I finally was able to speak to someone in person, I was given the explanation that the company ran out of the gold slingbacks to the online customers as opposed to the telephone customers. I ordered soon as I received a catalog. Besides I was told that the gold and silver were available and the navy was not. So I said I would order the gold and silver and they were to arrive together about a week later. Only the silver arrived I questioned the delivery person and he said that was all on his truck for this address and apartment number. I thought maybe the gold would come a few days later, but never arrived at first I was told they were sold out then that was when I was told that I wouldn’t receive the shoes and would I like a refund. I didn’t accept it at first but when I realized I wouldn’t receive the shoes, I hung up with disgust as the way the ordering process was handled. The phone customers was treated like they didn’t count. They gave priority over to the online customers and disregarded the phone customers. I should have been told from the beginning they were sold out at the time of ordering. Thank you for allowing me to voice my grievance.
