I absolutely adore all of the products on Valiroma and can appreciate they are all handmade and take a lot of time! I ordered a kindle sleeve for a gift which took over a month to arrive. I can appreciate it’s a small business and happy to wait longer but it did pass the expected date and had no communication. I did DM, email and comment on insta and wasn’t getting anywhere. I did get a response in the end and she couldn’t be nicer!! Explained she was super busy and was sent out ASAP. The personalisation was wrong, and she did send a replacement out ASAP so no complaints from me just explaining the situation. It wasn’t what happened it was more just lack of information and communication which was my problem. I recieved multiple DMs from others after they saw my comment saying they also hadn’t received their items and hadn’t had any response. However, I did receive the product and I do love it!! Super cute and I think my friend will love it. Just maybe something to work on as business grows. But always love supporting small businesses and thank you so much!! X
