Extremely bad customer service and i am yet to find my shorts. I contacted fedex that i couldnt find the parcel and as they couldnt locate it the said to contact ALITE. When i did their reply from two different people just saying that issue is with FEDEX pretty much saying deal with it yourself. Not seen the shorts and with how terrible customer service was the 2 emails i received didnt even bother reaching out again very very bad money hungry company!!
