Setsu 3.0. Paisley Ankle Boot Buttermilk Leather Wheat

Very cute boots! They run about a half a size small, and as other reviewers have said, it seems impossible to find the right socks that will actually stay up. I have tried all kinds of styles and fabrics. This is why I’m not giving five stars. And the sizing! If you only go up to a size 11, realize the average size woman’s foot worldwide is a size 8.5 or 9 now. There are a lot of people who will want to wear these boots with feet bigger than a size 11.

I was super excited to receive my boots only to find out that they run big by a lot. I ordered the right size according to the sizing chart but the boot fits a whole number (if not one and a half) big. I contacted customer service right away (5 days ago) and as of today nobody has replied to my email. Cute boots but just be aware they run big.
