Customer service is great. My order was placed somewhat last minute and they made sure I would have it in time for our graduation ceremony. There were a few items missing from our order, which they shipped quickly and we were still able to receive them the day before our ceremony. We had been using a different vendor for our Caps & Gowns so I was nervous about trying a new company, but I was happy with the change! We will use them for all of our future graduation ceremonies.
