Placed my order on June 5th and never received it. The tracking showed it was shipped, but it never arrived on the expected delivery date. I contacted FedEx, and they told me that because it was sent via FedEx Ground, only the sender can initiate an investigation or claim. As the recipient, there was nothing they could do for me. I’ve reached out for assistance and am still waiting for a resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of support regarding a missing order.
