I would have given 0 stars if possible, due to the horrendous customer service. Despite advertising a 14-day money-back guarantee, I have been waiting 25 days for my return request to be accepted, even after sending a follow-up email for an update. This request was submitted within 24 hours of receiving my package because the bag did not come with a detachable strap as advertised in the FAQ section.
