Our delicious lightly smoked garlic is slowly cold smoked over maple wood, giving the garlic a deliciously sweet, subtly smokey flavour and aroma. The garlic is longer lasting than hot smoked garlic, due to the cool temperatures used during the smoking process.

Try Them
Tried both smoked Garlic and smoked mixed mushrooms for the 1st time and they were excellent

Needs to feature
Lovely flavour but subtle. It needs a dish that highlights the garlic rather than simply uses it.
