Love it

This duo is incredible. You can shave very close. The guards trim my beard evenly. The skull shaver is so easy to use. It keeps me from missing spots. Get them both. This is one of my favorite purchases in a while.

I was really disappointed with this product. I followed the instructions and used the trimmer exactly as demonstrated, but it pulled my hair very aggressively and even caused a cut on my skin. Because of this, it felt unsafe and uncomfortable to use, and I wasn’t able to get the results advertised. I contacted customer service within the return period hoping to resolve the issue, but the support was not helpful. The return shipping cost is extremely high, almost half of what I paid, and they did not offer any reasonable alternative. Instead of acknowledging the problem, I was told it was “my technique,” even though I used it correctly. Overall, the product did not work as expected for me, and the customer service experience made the situation even more frustrating. I would not purchase from this company again.

Better than expected.

Great product. The Skull Trimmer is better than I expected. The Skeleton Pro Detailer is elite; make sure you watch the tutorial video on how to use it. All around great products.
