I ordered directly from the companies website. The product is no different than any other cleaning product. They sign you up for an immediate subscription and the link to “cancel it easily,” doesnt work so I had to email back and forth for weeks trying to get them to help me end the subscription. A bunch of mop heads got added into my order too (horrible quality and falls out of the spin mop housing) which I didnt even realize had been part of my order and they dont let you cancel an order or return it once its made. This company is extremely predatory and upon reading reviews from others this is about how it goes for everyone.

I clean homes for a living, and my clients absolutely love this scent!!! I have 1 client that doesn’t care for fall scents, and this one she LOVES!! She had never heard of Blyss, and I showed her the bottle, and she immediately went on her phone, pulled up Google, and used her camera to access your site by photo. She ordered 3 different scents, all for me to use when I come to clean. The only request was to use the one she leaves on the counter the day I come. She wants to have the choice of what she gets to enjoy smelling!!! She didn’t get your new scent; I just ordered though, so she will flip out on the mahogany cherry that’s coming!!!

I did not like the product I contacted customer service they put me on a subscription. I wanted it canceled. They do not make it easy for you to cancel it yourself. I requested my $98.50 back for the second order that I did not want I even said I would send the product back. They would just have to send me a shipping label. I have contacted them four times and they refused to give me my money back and they refuse to take the product back. They did take me off the subscription. I do not like the smell. It doesn't last in the house as BNM does and they refuse to take their product at customer service is not good at all. I do not recommend the product.
