Intermediate Juice Cleanse

Excellent cleanse

This is the first Intermediate Cleanse I have done (previously done the signature classic cleanses) and this was excellent. Well balanced juices alongside a nutritious nut milk end of day. I had no headaches or hunger, and my energy levels were good enough to still do my yoga practice every day. The perfect reset post a very intense work life schedule. Thank you.

My fasting journey

These juices were exactly what I was expecting amd needing to complete my juices fast. I've completed a fast before and I knew the challenging part was the juicing itself, whilst trying to adapt to the changes your body is going through, which is why I outsourced. Compared to other companies, i likes that presscription used glass bottles, the vollume of juices were more, and i liked the added shots. They tasted exactly how i expected, I think the only difference i would have liked was out of the 5 days, having different flavours as it became quite repetitive in taste after day 3, I found myself not being able to drink them all in a day aswell.. I sadly wasted a good few bottles. I did try to freeze them (which i dont believe was recommended) but they exploded in the freezer so I ended up pouring quite a few bottles away. Definitely feel it was beneficial i would probably order less days next time and it would be great to have different flavours for different days. I did not feel hungry at any point either which was great I do think its all about mindset though getting you through a cleanse and just enjoying the process of the cleanse

Intermediate Cleanse

The best cleanse I’ve tried, great ingredients and flavours. Three days rest the sugar cravings and I felt more balanced. Also like the glass recyclable bottles.
