Very Cute/Not Well Made

The customer service is 10/10. They sent me a replacement bag because my original purse broke within a few days after delivery. The hardware isn't the best. The bag itself is really nice and well structured. But the straps are not of the best quality. The links separate and the hardware around the bag pops open and has to be smashed back together.
