Have been waiting a month for our order

The quality of the ink is fantastic, but lead times have become unacceptably long, especially with no indication on the website that orders can take a month or longer to fulfill. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company, you'd think they'd respond to emails or messages since there's no other way to contact them. We rely heavily on this ink for our business, waiting more than a month for an order is insane.

Not sure….

I downloaded and added the correct ICC profile but the colors on my my test page are off. Maybe I need a different profile for my Epson 8550? So far I’m not impressed with this very expensive ink. I’m getting better results with much cheaper Printers Jack ink.
