Satin and Lace Cape Top - White

I purchased a preorder set 3 weeks in advance and emailed multiple times to be sure I would get it in time for my bachelorette trip. I was assured more than once it would be. Then was randomly forced to pay $70 tarrifs fee on top of $27 shipping. Paid it immediately still being assured it would be here in time. Never once was this fee mentioned over email exchange or in my check out. BUT they do have it hidden on their website of course. After attempts of trying to get updated tracking it finally said it would not be in time tbag I was promised leaving me nothing to wear. I reached out and asked for them to intercept the package, for help, for communication and I was ignored and treated awful. Finally got the package and now to return it I have to pay shipping back, and more tarriffs. Turning a $200 outfit into $400 and they have zero care, zero empathy. They are sadly just out to price gauge. I really wanted to support a small business but this experience was absolutely awful. Beware

Got sent back to company at customs because I missed the small window to pay the tariffs. (wasnt made aware that this would be something to look out for). Still waiting to find out if i will get a refund.
