Smoked Olive Oil

Inexpensive as smoked oils go. Not suprisingly, quite a sweet underlying smokey flavour given the "maple-based" smoke subtle flavour. If you are looking for as barbecue smokiness this is not what you want but the subtle flavours do work really well in north african style dishes as part of a marinade or as the base cooking oil. Worth a punt and time exploring how you like to bring this subtle favouring to your dishes. At this price it is good value. I bought three strait off and don't regret it.

As always perfectly smoked rich tasting olive oil. Its fantastic drizzled across salads pasta or just with crusty bread .
