This rib eye steak was one of the best I have eaten. It had a great flavor and perfectly marbled without being overly fatty. The thickness was just right allowing it to be easily cooked perfectly both inside and out. There is one thing I have learned through experience, no matter how good you think you are at the grill, a high quality steak makes a big difference.

Great date night steak

Instead of going out and fighting the crowd on Valentine's night, I cooked on of your ribeye steaks and split it with my wife. A baked potato and bottle of good red wine make it night to remember! The steak was super tender and had a great flavor. Will definitely order again.
