Baba Yuga, The Boogy Man

First order from this company came in a timely manner given coming from across the pond, however, it arrived with parts missing and parts broken. Their cs responded quickly saying they would make it right on the next order to which they then preceded to send me the wrong item, again..... but hey, at least the missing part from the first order was included right? Yea, the missing part is scaled differently than the actual model is for. Far bigger. In fact large enough that it looks extremely out of place and can't be used. Thanks guys. Giving 2 stars because they seem like nice people but i can't do any more than that unless this is made right in a big way. Oh, i even had to take 3 hours off work to go pick this up because it required a signature upon receipt on the second order but, not the first.......
