Gravity Water System Ceramic Pre-Filter

Good product, does what it says it will do, however, the porcelain now has a bit of a yellowish tinge, is that possible?

Our family has used the counter top model for several years. We enjoy the water that we drink from it. During 2025 one of the ceramic pre-filters that we used developed a one inch whole in the top. This has been the only problem we encountered in all the years we have used Santevia.
