What an amazing time! I’ve done this experience 3 times now and always love going back. It’s the best place to be if you love puppies. The workers do a great job at spreading the puppy love! I recommend going the earlier the better bc the puppies get tired out later in the day.

Staff was amazing, puppy time was constant and it was a great experience! Everyone there was friendly and the staff would help take pictures so you didn’t miss cute moments with the pups during yoga flow.

We had such a fun and unique experience at Puppies & Yoga in Dallas! The puppies were adorable, playful, and made the entire session so joyful and relaxing. Our kids absolutely loved it and were smiling the whole time. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the experience. Even when we had a scheduling issue because of our daughter’s accident earlier that day, the team worked with us and helped make things right, which we really appreciated. The class itself was lighthearted, fun, and perfect for families and animal lovers. It felt less like a workout and more like a happy stress-relief session with lots of puppy cuddles 😊 Highly recommend trying it at least once — especially with kids!
