Missing item from my order and despite proving all requested ‘evidence’ and completing forms and MULTIPLE attempts to contact for a resolution I have had only one responce and no resolution, i have been forced to contact my bank for a chargeback. Shockingly poor from Tropicfeel.

Half sizes should enable closer fit. 9.5 to 10.5 and state to order down isn't realistic. I did so and I really need a 10. 10.5 too big and 9.5 a little tight. I am left hoping there is some stretch in the next couple of weeks.
