core stability

Erwartungen erfüllt. Für skipping auf Zeit oder Volumen habe ich dieses heavyrope nicht gekauft. Die erforderliche Physis brächte wohl nur der Hulk mit 😉. Bei kurzen combos von 8 bis 12 skips mit gezielten sideswings wird allerdings die Rumpfstabilität herausgefordert. Und das war der Plan. Vielleicht hole ich mir in ein paar Monaten die NOCH schwerere 40mm-Variante.
