I absolutely adore this long-sleeve shirt, and it quickly became my go-to choice. The fit and weight are perfect. The thumb holes are a great feature, and the hood is a nice bit of protection when needed without being annoying when I’m not wearing it. I love a good hood, and this one is no exception. It’s definitely going to be an essential part of my backpacking and adventure gear. I wore this shirt on a run in damp, misty conditions, and it performed exceptionally well. The moisture management was spot on, and it provided the perfect amount of insulation against the weather. However, I did happen to fall downhill while running, and unfortunately, I managed to tear a hole in the elbow. Since I fell hard enough to break a rib and give myself a bunch of bruises and road rash, I would have been surprised if there wasn’t a hole in the elbow. It’s a bit disappointing that I managed to damage the shirt on my first wear, but overall, I’m still very happy with it. In summary, the fit is great, the performance is spot on, and I absolutely love the pattern.
