I wish it were more affordable

I love the Dodo Pad and have been using it for years. I just wish it were more affordable!

As a long time user, I’ve been a fan of the Dodo Pad since the mid/late 1970s, but the A5 version for Filofax is just the same wonderful Dodo quirkiness in a form which suits my preferred stationery format.

Even the Dodo has become a victim of Brexit

I have been using the Dodo Pad for years (ever since University way back in the 1960s) and I love it.Of course it wasn't the same Filofax version I use now which I find really handy. When I came to live abroad I would buy it when I came to England or get friends or family members to bring it...then I found it on Amazon and that made Dodo padding much easier. After that I used the Dodo official site where I could pre-order my Dodo pad refill and be sure of receiving it in plenty of time. It is certainly not economical as diaries go but I always considered payng the extra postage worthwhile. This year, however, I got an unpleasant surprise. I ordered my Dodo Pad as usual in May/June having paid the postage costs (around £12) on top of the cost of the diary and it arrived punctually last week. But the postman didn't put it in my postbox as usual but rang the bell and demanded payment of more than 15 EUROS delivery charges! So it is with a heavy heart that I feel I will have to abandon my beloved Dodo Pad next year. Thankyou Brexit.
