Rotutu is a fully washed coffee from the Letefoho sub-district of Timor-Leste, grown at 1420 metres above sea level by a cooperative of 16 smallholder farmers. Rather than processing their own coffee, the Rotutu farmers sell ripe cherries directly to Karst — a model that incentivises selective picking, as farmers are paid a premium price
