A bit overfermented, but interesting

Good smell and a good roast level, but the beans are on the overfermented side. I recommend brewing with a harder water and brewing with a lower temperature to avoid a vinegary taste. Not talking about the roast, but I think this coffee should be a higher quality for the price that’s being asked.
