They work!!!! Was a little concerned but they are worth the money. Not a fake product. For me, they help so much. Dont have to use every night. When you try to sleep after 3-4, hours put a patch on & this situation also works. If I’ve had a long day at bedtime will automatically use and it does the job! Will be ordering again
