After a slow start, of not sleeping well and to allow the Shilajit Magnesium Glycinate to be absorbed into my body, I am now sleeping better at night. I fall asleep quickly, however I am waking about midnight to use the bathroom, and then unable to return to sleep for a couple of hours. Once I drift back to sleep I am sleeping until 7.00am, which is good for me.

Very efficient service. Too early to say whether the product is having a profound effect, but fingers crossed that it is.
