Hi, i opened these last Thursday as they were a birthday present i ordered from my young son. However, the back of one of them was broken in the box. I was visiting Chester on Saturday and so thought I'd just pop into the shop to exchange them but I was surprised to find the whole place locked up and quite empty! None of the local businesses seemed to know why the shop was closed and empty and no notice gave any details.linked to you perhaps having moved. Could you please let me know how I go about exchanging my earrings please!! Many thanks
