Great saber 5/5 worst customer service ever, very bad experience. Chat and w+mails by AI signed as human, no human response for months, lack of empathy towards messed order, no valid info on anything. I would risk the shop is now AI only, humans just check accounts. Tarrif missleading and overcalculated, no info, no help reg this issue, nothing. A received a 20pounds gift but then no response on how to actually use it. I switched to another shop and recommend doing the same. Traumatic to some degree
