Bubblegum Mind Maze

Bought 2, the one ive only used for one day is already coming apart. Not good quality at all for the price being asked- i’ve have hand fans ive been using for years in better shape. Is this supoosed to be functional or just a cute thing to hold?

I usually by cheap fans from daiso. Comparatively, this provides very little air flow and is very noisy.
