The item is poor and not up to my expectations with wonky stitching and with the personalised letters looking like they are coming off the back. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughter but i do not feel i can give her such a poor quality item. Zero stars

Amazing quality, this style of bag wont break the bank but the bag is very small. Love the initial on it, will definitely get a bigger ones next time
