Recently, we had the pleasure of attending a highly informative training session led by Alex from Focus Education on the topic of "Ensuring Your Curriculum is Progressive." This session was perfectly timed (integrated into our normal staff meeting time), for both our new and existing staff members as we embark on a new academic year, providing invaluable insights and strategies to enhance our curriculum offer. The session sparked great food for thought amongst our curriculum team, empowering us to critically assess and refine our educational approaches. Moreover, we greatly appreciated the follow-up link and resources shared with us for those unable to attend. This ensures that all staff can access and benefit from the key takeaways, making the experience inclusive and beneficial for everyone.
