I followed the instructions on both the website and the packing slip, but the system wouldn’t even recognize my order number, making it impossible to initiate a return within the stated 14-day policy. For the premium price of these products, I expected much better customer service and a straightforward return process. This experience has been disappointing enough that I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
