Definitely feels like I’m getting a good whack of antioxidants for sure! If you are someone like me that is newly exploring herbal teas, it might be a little heavy on the earthiness to begin with - so it will take some getting used to. Again, not to be deterred, I paired with some hibiscus petals and it was much more palatable for me
