MoreLife - Sulforaphane Drops

Absolutely terrible customer service, they answer about 1 out of every seven emails maybe, they provided tracking that fir the first month said it was in transit with no updates, then it said it was in customs, then apparently it was delivered to my mailbox, but then 5 days after it was delivered it appeared in customs again??? Now its back “in transit” they do not communicate, except to tell me to be paitient will never buy from them again. I still have not received the product or a refund or any communication!!! I reprted an issue with this and Shop just forwarded my complaint and did nothing as well so I will be leaving them their own review and never using them again either. What a ripoff
