Great idea but cheap parts

The shower head makes my skin feel great, I love it. But, after only 2 weeks of use the shower head broke off in my hands while adjusting it. I was sent a whole brand new unit and just yesterday the new one did the exact same thing. I really love it, I just wish it was built more solid.

We really enjoy the water flow powerful and gentle all in one. We are pleased with this purchase!
