I bought 2 pairs- the sun print and the mustard check. Loved the sun print but found the fit of the mustard ones very different and not flattering for me. The length between the crotch and waistband seemed longer and the legs weren’t as barrelled. So I’d give the sun print ones a 5⭐️ and the mustard ones were returned!!

Great clothes, not so great customer service

I recently got all three summer co-ords (gingham, zebra and sun design) Love all three despite them being very different in cut, structure and feel. They're all 100% cotton, but the zebra one is the softest, followed by the gingham. The sun set (lol) is definitely the heaviest and most structured. I am an 8 so wearing size 1 in Turtledove. Most of the time size 1 is very relaxed on me, which I like. However, the gingham trousers seem to run a lot smaller compared to the zebra and sun ones so I suggest sizing up if you're anything bigger than an 8 or 10. The gingham top, on the other hand, is oversized. Only 4 stars overall for me as I find it unacceptable that Turtledove does NOT accept free returns within the UK. This will definitely make me think twice before ordering anything in the future. Shame as the clothes are really lovely.

Smaller than expected

The trousers are good but I was hoping for more oversized. What disappoints me is that exchanges are not possible, which means that if, like me, you originally used a discount code then re-purchasing the item will cost you more as codes can be used once only. Emailed to ask if I can reorder with discount and they said no. Poor business in my opinion as it now stops me from buying the correct size on principle!
