Very pleased with my Wife's Grandmother ring. She was excited showing it off to our 9 grandchildren under 12 years of age. Our son's may be in the market soon.

Good Product but ordering process needs improvement

My wife loved the ring. The turnaround needs to be faster. They should ask what date you need it for and let you know if they can get the ring made and shipped by that date - to manage expectations. Also, their order status communication needs to be better. My order status was "received" for about 5 days and I was thinking that maybe the order was lost or stuck. I finally called them to ask about the order and I was reassured they knew about the order. I should not have had to call to inquire about order status.

Excellent Service with Mother’s Family Rings

We received the Christopher Michael 9 stone grandchildren’s ring by Christmas Eve. Were not expecting it until after 1 Jan. Great service, excellent quality of stones and ring. Fit perfectly (we sized it locally before ordering). My wife loves it. Thank you for great value and beauty in a ring design.
