I give this item a 2 star because the fabric is a type of fabric that slips off when it touches your hair and the tie in the back aren't tight and aren't really ties bc they comes undone even with 2 knots like i said the fabric its firm also mine is nearly ripped i only wore it 4 times and the under-cap is honestly just way too big i mean personally for my head

I was very excited for this to come, but sadly I don't recommend this. Although its very soft, the ties come out so easily. I was trying to tie it loose so it wouldn't happen, but then it showed my hair. I tried tying it tighter but the tie came out. Please fix this.
