The Eye Cream Refill

The eye cream is so silky and smooth. It feels so lovely, even after drying down. It hydrates and wakes up my often tired looking eyes. I had ordered a refill after just a few days of receiving my initial order, that's how much I loved it.

Eye cream great, packaging size less so

Although the eye cream itself is fantastic (lovely texture, absorbs quickly, hydrating, eyes look less wrinkly) and the refill is easy to slot in place, I was really shocked to discover that the packaging is misleadinging to look like a bigger amount. When I got to the end of the eye cream I used a cotton bud to swirl out the last remnants and the bottom of the inside of the container is only half way down the entire length of the product! Although the volume is clearly stated in ml they have tried to make this product look bigger than it is. Although having refills is environmentally friendly, having packaging larger than needed is not as this contributes to both manufacturing and transport carbon footprints. Feel cheated, however the product itself cannot be faulted.

To be honest I wasn’t sure I liked this eye cream at all at first but I adjusted how much I was using and found it a delight to use, hence now buying the refill. I use it most days and really like how it absorbs but makes your eye area feel really moisturised and fresh.
