Original Cooling Pillow

Deceptive warranty! On day 1 the pillow was great. By day 3 it had expanded to the point my cervical spine flared up. I tried to return it within the 30 day return period but they refused because it had been removed from the packaging. How do you know if it will work for you if you leave it in the packaging?? DO NOT BUY A PILLOW FROM CASPER.

The pillow kept shifting shape and my $20 Ikea pillow is actually more comfortable. Very dissapointed since this is my second Casper pillow and didn’t happen the first time I bought one.
