Tried to return for another size and returns dept won’t answer my emails. Now I am stuck with shoes I can not wear. There is no policy about final sale. Will never order deom this retailer nor shoukd anyone else.

I absolutely love them! They are beautiful and very comfortable. I normally wear a size 10, and I ordered a 9.5W, which fits perfectly. I have wide feet, and these shoes are incredibly comfortable. My wide feet are happy!

This is the worst ordering experience ive had in a long time. No communication about delivery. Took almost 3 weeks to get the shoes and when they finally came today they say size 7 1/2 there is no way! They are huge. So disappointing. Will def be returning!
